Filete de pescado frito
Fresh pan fried fish served with beans, sarza criolla and steamed rice.
Saltado de Mariscos
Fish, calamari and fish sautéed with onions, tomatoes, green onions , cilantro and French fries. Served with steamed rice. Add fish, shrimp or seafood mix.
Chaufa de Mariscos
Peruvian style seafood fried rice with eggs and green onions. Add fish, shrimp or seafood.
Tallarin saltado de Mariscos
Shrimp, calamari and fish sautéed with onions, tomatoes, green onions, cilantro and spaghetti. Add shrimp or seafood.
Picante de Mariscos
Shrimp. Calamari, and fish with cubed potatoes in a garlic- yellow Peruvian chili sauce, and a touch of cilantro. Accompanied with steamed rice. Add shrimp or seafood.
Escabeche de Pescado
Peruvian seasoned fish topped with sautéed marinated onions, garlic and yellow Peruvian chili, topped with egg and black olive. Accompanied with steamed rice. Add halibut.
Pescado a lo Macho
Fresh fillet of fish covered with a seafood (calamari and shrimp) sauce, topped with egg and olive. Accompanied with potatoes and rice. Add salmon or halibut.
Slowly cooked fresh fish with onions, tomatoes, red peppers, yellow Peruvian chili, inka’s wine and sprinkles of cilantro.. Accompanied with yucca and steamed rice.

Fresh Salmon (6 oz) topped with sarza criolla (lime marinated onions) and served with (2) sides : mashed garlic potatoes, steam or garlic vegetables, brown rice, sweet potatoes pure or salad. Add halibut.
